Delivery Policy
Upon receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 48 hours. Due to the nature of our business some items may not be readily available – In this instance The Snoozshop will contact you with an estimated delivery time. Should any item/s be no longer available (Discontinued, etc) The Snoozshop will notify and endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative which you will not be obliged to accept and you may opt to cancel your order in part or whole in which case we will refund to you monies of the cancelled portion.
Estimated delivery time is between 2 – 3 working days depending on the city/town where delivery has to be made
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and the Snoozshop online store chooses as its domicilum cintandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
The Snoozshop online store may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice
Availability
The provision of goods by the Snoozshop its subject to availability. While we do try to keep the site updated with current and available products, there may be temporary periods of stock shortages on certain items, but we will do our utmost best to replenish those stock shortages and deliver to you as soon as possible.
Agreement of sale
Placing a product in your cart does not constitute an order for that product and we cannot be held liable if the product is no longer available, or if the price has changed by the time the checkout process is completed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point in time without giving any reasons. In this case, we shall be liable to refund money already paid in respect of that order.
Please not that due to the nature of our business and the types of product that we stock, our website will show a product as being available even if only few items are available for sale. If you require a larger quantity than is available please contact us. Please feel free to check availability with us prior to placing an order that includes a large quantity.
