Shipping & returns

Returns

  1. We do not offer a refund due to buyer remorse after the fact. If you think that our products are too expensive, then do not make a purchase. We do not force you to buy our products.
  2. Actual product colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. As such, items will not be exchanged or refunded if there is a slight color variation between the color you see on the product image and the product you received.
  3. With regards to product fabrics, product images are supplied to us by the manufacturers of the products. We in turn display these images on our website in good faith. As such we are not liable, should the fabric depicted in the product image and the product you receive differ slightly.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Returns and refunds policy

Any defective/faulty goods must be returned within 10 working days, with a copy of the invoice and packed in the original or suitable packaging, upon which the Snoozshop will replace the faulty goods or refund in full. In the unlikely event that goods are damages in transit, Snoozshop must be notified immediately and goods must be packed in the original or suitable packaging in order for the Snoozshop to arrange replacement and upliftment or the damaged goods.

  • Under no circumstances shall Snoozshop online be liable for any damages arising from misuse, abuse or neglect of the goods supplied

Exchanges/Refunds will not be given

  • If a client simply changes their mind or has made the wrong decision; in certain circumstances, considered on a case by case basis, a refund may be considered but will be subject to a 10% handling fee. In these cases where goods have already been delivered the client will be liable for the costs of return of the goods to the Snoozshop.
  • If correct washing and care instructions have not been followed

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@snoozshop.co.za/

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at meridian@live.co.za and send your item to: 11 High Road Fordsburg Johannesburg, 2092.

 

Shipping

To return your product, we will provide collection from your premises (where the product was delivered to)

 

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Please do not use your own shipping service to return items to Snoozshop, we will not accept the return, rather contact us through the websites contact us page or send us an email at support@snoozshop.co.za/
