We currently don’t have a physical store any longer, but you may call us mon-fri 9 to 5
Sat 10-12; or you may message us at any time and we will get back to you ASAP

We source all our products from reputable suppliers who provide a guarantee on their products subject to proper care and washing etc.  
Allow up to 3 working days to process your order. Shipping time may vary from region to region by allow 2 to 3 working days A tracking number will be provided for you to track your order
Usually our delivery company will contact you on arrival at the designated delivery address. Should you be unavailable to accept the delivery, you may arrange directly with them to reschedule the delivery.
